Ylopo is one of the best platforms I have implemented into my business all time. Generating leads, nurturing and reengaging my database. There is no way we could do this at the level they do. It makes sense, is easy to use and they are always improving it. If you are serious about investing in your business, this is the way to do it.

I found a ylopo in July of 2019. I was new to real estate, new to the town, and had literally zero sphere of influence. I also introduced it to my wife, my business partner, as well as one other team member on our real estate team. Launching with LionDesk as our CRM, We saw the leads coming in through social media for the first 15 months before adding Google PPC. As I was ramping up my ability to work with clients, of the first seven contacts that I made through phone calls, I had five closings in the first five months of actually working the system the way the system is designed. I am in the process of building a new team, with the existing team members, and will absolutely use Ylopo as our recruiting tool for new or existing agents. Well I have no experience with other lead generation systems, don’t think of this as a lead generation system, but as a lead finding, follow up, nurture, and absolute must sales tool if you’re going to be successful early on in your real estate career, or take your existing career to the next level up. I highly recommend this company’s management, leadership, and innovation.

I have spent 10s of thousands trying to make my own FB and Google ads in past, and always FAILED!!! Other than the big portals, I had no lead sources that were stable. I have been an agent since 2001 and YLOPO is the first system I have ever used that has delivered consistent, real leads.
