General Rules Of The Road
This course is designed to answer your questions as to what is acceptable and what is not when it comes to interactions among your fellow brokers and staff. Should we not cover something you're wondering about, by all means, ask me or a member of the staff. We will most likely add it to these lists. NOTE! This is not a comprehensive company policy manual. It is simply designed to answer some basic questions and concerns you may have and to relay some important interaction rules the company has.
Congratulations! You’ve completed the Boot Camp of training courses and are ready to hit the pavement running. (But you still have skills to learn – see course #20). Just like driving a car, there needs to be rules and guidelines among team members and staff. Hopefully, the following will aid you in understanding company protocols.
