Our goal is to be the best of the best when it comes to working with sellers. If you put the effort in, upfront, the rest is typically pretty easy. The house sells, usually from an outside broker, the transaction closes, and you can feel good about the fact that you did everything in your power, certainly from a marketing perspective, to net the seller the highest amount possible. The seller will speak highly of you to their friends and acquaintances, and you will get referrals because of the outstanding job you did.
While this course is comprised of the videos we have for potential sellers to watch, it is a good introduction for you to how we present the selling process to sellers.
