It’s important to understand this difference. True coaching consists of a paid coach who keeps you accountable and helps guide you down a path to success. Some people really need this to succeed. Others are self-motivated like I was. I was kept to the task because I had a family to support, I wanted nice things, and was raised that coming in #2 wasn’t acceptable. I did not like the upbringing and expectations because they put a lot of pressure on me. Many times I wish I wasn’t the way I am, but it is what it is. Life’s circumstances can have a big impact on who you become.
We, at the WEBREALTY Team, strive to provide you with all of the tools and resources needed for you to become very very successful in this business. We are not coaches. Yes, we answer your questions. Yes, we demonstrate things and help you learn what you need to know. Yes, we’re here for you seven days a week. Yes, we hold training sessions and provide tons of self-paced training for you on this website in every aspect of the business. However, it’s up to you to muster the motivation needed to learn what we provide, put it into practice, set your goals, and succeed.
