Writing a Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement

Writing transactions can be quite intimidating for a brand-new broker. Even seasoned brokers, for that matter. Just know that I and the team are ready to help whenever you need it. To make a bit more sense, I have broken the process down into six parts. The scenario I chose for the transaction is about an eight on a scale of one to ten. In other words, most transactions will be a bit easier to write. While this course will help you get started, only experience will build the knowledge you will need to become comfortable and proficient at writing purchase and sale agreements.
