Practice Purchase and Sale Agreement Scenarios

In this lesson, we're going to describe three different practice scenarios out of hundreds you may come across during your career. The purpose is to get you used to both the mechanics of writing purchase agreements and the thought process of deciding how to structure both the language and the forms found in the agreements. We will lay out the scenario for you and then you will write up a purchase agreement for your clients. Pretend the property is available. For each scenario, we will lay out the terms including names, marital status, address, phone number, and the terms of the offer.

Here are three practice scenarios which you are required to write Purchase and Sale Agreements for. We will review them and work with you to help you with future transactions. Just know that you’re not alone, and we are here to help guide you down the right path throughout your career.

NOTE: For their email addresses, use your email address so that you get the signing invitations and can take the transaction through to fully signed off. Once it is, you will forward the PDF to practice@webrealty.team.

The purpose is for you to learn and build confidence. Once you are done, we will have you come in to go over the scenarios so things become clearer to you.
