Knowing the NWMLS inside and out will help you navigate the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities you encounter throughout your real estate career.
Finally, this course also covers the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) advertising guidelines to help you understand the requirements for advertising your real estate services.
