Should you break a NWMLS rule, it can be quite expensive. Fines of $5,000 or more are commonplace. It’s important that you become familiar with the rules. It is suggested that you both read through the rules but also take the NWMLS offered course Rules and Regulations.

Disciplinary Actions – It would be helpful for you to understand the importance of knowing and obeying the rules and regulations of the NWMLS. This is best done by reading through some of the published disciplinary actions, including the fines and penalties given.
